Paul E.
Burkett

Mr. Paul Burkett is a Montgomery, Alabama
native and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar and to the United
States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama in 1994. Paul
attended Auburn University at Montgomery where he obtained his
undergraduate degree in Business Administration in 1987.
Mr. Burkett attended Thomas Goode
Jones School of Law in Montgomery where he received his Juris Doctorate
in 1994.
Paul was selected First Year Class
Senator for the Student Bar Association. He served as Law Clerk for the
Honorable Lynn Clardy Bright in the Montgomery County District Court.
Mr. Burkett has been a part of the
Montgomery Area Association of Realtors since 1988. He currently serves
on the Board of Directors for the Alabama Baptist Retirement Centers and
he has served as the Chairman of the Real Property, Probate and Trust
Law Section and Vice Chairman of the Elder Law Section of the Alabama
State Bar Association.
Mr. Burkett's practice areas include
Real Estate & Probate, Business Entities, Contracts and General
Litigation.
